Every trip to the Monterey/Pacific Grove area includes a trip to the Cannery.
Inside is our favorite spot to eat breakfast. It's called First Awakenings.
They serve yummy, cleaner ingredient foods, so I just love it!
Robynn and Nana play Tic Tac Toe while we wait to order. Robynn and I always get the Triple Boogie. We get the Waffles, eggs and potato's and split it. Robynn loves the waffles at this place, and I like that I can order the real maple syrup for her to put on them.
After breakfast Robynn likes to walk around the Cannery with us and ride on the rides. I always make sure to have extra quarters.
Her favorite is riding the escalator up and down. We always are there early in the morning for breakfast, and there is never anyone else around except the cleaning lady. We always have to ride it a few times before we leave.
