For Robynn's birthday we decided to get her a camera. We knew we would be moving to the Azores, and we figured Robynn would get a kick out of being able to take her own pictures. She has been using her camera a lot. I finally looked, and saw over 187 pictures taken! Some were blurred/ unrecognizable, but many were good and fun to see things from her perspective. Here are a few of her shots.
Me
Her Daddy
Aunt Jamie
Our Cat Topaz
A bouquet of flowers that Robynn had picked out at the farmers market
Robynn's toes. Below are shots she took from the back seat of the car.
It was fun seeing what she took pictures of, and what captured her interest. I can't wait to see what pictures she takes on our travels. The camera was not expensive...around $50 dollars I think. It's a Fisher Price digital camera with 4X zoom. The buttons are nice for a toddler to figure out and navigate. I also like that there are two eye pieces to look through, so that she does not have to figure out how to look through just one eye. Plus it was designed with toddlers in mind. It can be dropped repeatedly without a worry.
