While Nana was babysitting one day, I came back to find Robynn and her doing paper dolls. What fun! For some reason, I thought it would be a few years until Robynn was ready for paper dolls...boy was I wrong! Nana had simplified it a bit for Robynn to fit the age. She googled and found many free paper dolls online. Nana printed them, and Robynn would cut them out, tape them to paper, and then tape the outfit she chose on.
Robynn could not change the outfits, like regular paper dolls, but still Lot's of fun.
Then online I found a craft project with ballerina connected paper dolls. http://www.thecraftycrow.net/2011/06/a-book-a-craft-chasing-degas-and-paperdoll-ballerinas.html I down loaded the template and cut them out. Then Robynn had fun decorating the face and coloring on the leotard. We used tissue paper to create the tutu.
