Super Yummy...even if they don't look appetizing. Robynn and I made a batch, and have been gobbling them up.
Recipe:
1 1/2 cups Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Egg
2. Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Add to bowl in order written and mix. Drop spoonfuls onto buttered cookie sheet and bake at 375 F (190 C) for 12-14 minutes.
