Our project this time involved flower pressing. We took wax paper, arranged the flowers on it, placed wax paper over them, and then placed heavy books on top.
We piled many on top of each other to make sure it was really weighted down.
Robynn wanted to check on them each day, so we would remove the books, take a look to see if they were done, and then pile them back on. Finally after the fourth day the flowers were pressed.
Robynn then colored a picture. She put the sky, some tree's, and the ground. Then she glued on the flowers and glued a butterfly on as well. Robynn really enjoyed this project and the process.
