Beach Boy's

Growing up I loved listing to the Beach Boy's. It was one of my favorite bands...after the Beatles. I went to one of there concerts 20 years ago and loved the experience. While checking out some events a friend posted (Thanks Val) a link brought me to ... a Beach Boy's concert! Not only was it Beach Boy's, but it was FREE and for the whole family!!!! I found out Friday late morning, and they were playing that night...it was meant to be! We packed up, got there an hour early, we got perfect parking, and perfect seats on the lawn. We sat back and had dinner in the park while we waited for the band to start. Although many of the members of the band have changed over the years, Brian Wilson was still up there singing for us, and it was a rockin good time!

Robynn had a super good time. She loved listening to the music, and she got to make her own rattle at a craft station provided.

Plus she got to walk along the ocean with her daddy, while listening to the music. Her favorite part, "I really liked the Beach Boy's but my favorite was getting the balloon."  A clown was there blowing up animal balloons. I had a super good time too, and even took Robynn to dance right in front of the stage with everyone. It was a really nice family event atmosphere...a perfect first concert for Robynn.
