Swimming Fish

We did another surface tension experiment. I asked Robynn to take pictures of me cutting out the fish. The two pictures below she took, and I thought she did an awesome job with the camera!

I took cardboard from the back of a notepad and traced the outline of a fish.

Then I cut it out.

We filled a dish with water and placed the fish in. Robynn added a drop of soap, and we watched as the soap spread it pushed the fish forward.
