The Amazing Floating Egg

 Our next experiment involved learning about density, and seeing an egg float.

 If you put an egg in ordinary drinking water it sinks to the bottom of the container.

However, if you add salt to the water then carefully pour drinking water on top, then the egg will drop through to the dense salt water and float. Robynn loved this, and we then had to experiment to see what happened to cherries and strawberries.
